Signed-in orders appear in Orders. Guest checkout sends a private tracking link to the receipt email; the short public reference alone never grants access.
Signed-in order history
Your Orders page groups every line under one reference and shows payment, fulfillment, delivery, refill, and support states from server records.
Private guest access
A guest receipt contains a secure tracking link. Keep it private: the six-character order reference is useful for support, but cannot open an order by itself.
Line-level delivery
Multi-service carts and combos remain separate order lines. Each line can report its own submitted, in-progress, completed, cancelled, or review state.
When a status changes
Payment and fulfillment updates appear only after Viewsmob verifies provider information. A browser return page never marks an order paid on its own.
If progress looks delayed
Check the delivery estimate and target first. If the estimate has passed, open order help from the signed-in order or secure guest tracking page.
