Before fulfillment
Orders that can still be stopped are reviewed for cancellation before any supplier submission.
Partial delivery
When appropriate, the delivered portion and remaining value are reconciled line by line.
Provider and payment records
Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks are processed idempotently and remain visible in the audit trail.
Returns follow the original funding
Cash refunds use the eligible provider process. Reserved or spent Tokens are restored through the wallet ledger without extending their original expiry.
A payment return is not a refund
Closing or returning from a hosted checkout does not reverse money. Viewsmob first reconciles the provider's canonical payment state and the order's fulfillment record.
